Cancellation & Refund Policy
To honor the time, energy, and preparation of our teachers and to keep YOGability running smoothly, we kindly ask all clients to respect the following cancellation policy:

YOGability Studio
Group Classes
- Cancellations 24 hours or more before the class → Eligible for class credit → Credit is valid for 2 months only
- Cancellations made less than 4 hours before class time or no-shows → No credit or refund
- Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before the class
Private Sessions (1:1)
- Cancellations 24 hours or more before the session → Eligible for credit (valid for 2 months only) or refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows → No refund and no credit
Studio Rentals
- Cancellations 24 hours or more before the booking → Eligible for credit (valid for 2 months only) or refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking or no-shows → No refund and no credit
Important Notes
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be extended beyond the 2-month validity.
- Refunds are processed only through the original payment method.
- By booking a class, private session, or studio rental, you agree to this policy.
